| Tailift is manufactured by Tailift Co. Ltd, in Taiwan, Tailift
has been manufacturing forklifts since 1987. Tailift is a
division of Tai Piin Industrial Co., Ltd., which has been
in business since 1972. The Tailift forklift is currently
being sold successfully in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South
America, in addition to our exclusive distributorship of the
product in North America with a United States based factory
out of Florida. |

| Worldwide Forklifts began in 1970 refurbishing forklifts and selling to other forklift dealers on the wholesale level. Today approximately 20% of Worldwide business remains with Reconditioned forklifts. Worldwide wholesale relationships to their dealers led them to the idea of new forklifts, performing the final prep and assembly, and supporting the products for US, Canada, Latin and South America distribution. We are TAILIFT and WORLD-LIFT brand lift trucks and perform the final assembly and preparation in Fort Lauderdale FL, Memphis TN, Texas and California facilities
